Requirements:

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Foreign Exchange and Trading
Fixed income and equities is good to have
Responsibilities:
Log all inquiries, and track every ticket
Handle all incoming inquiries
Investigate and resolve client issues related to trade execution
Provide clients with training and guidance on system functionality and workflow
Resolve technical issues
Work with external vendors and partners to resolve trade and order issues
Identify and communicate urgent issues that may have associated Profit and Loss and franchise risk
Build knowledge of the marketplace and keep up with current industry trends
