Job Summary:
Supports the Food Service Supervisor in managing and developing the sales team to achieve business goal. Promotes a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and ethical business practices within sales team.
 
Qualifications:
Must be a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management or any related field
At least 2-3 years of experience in food service or sales operation (food industry preferred)
Willing to travel and do field work as required
Strong understanding in food service operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
