SevenShopper, Inc. is looking for a financial controller who have strong analytical, technology, communication, and organizational skills. This position generally requires at least eight years of experience in accounting and at least three years of experience being a financial controller based on Oracle NetSuite.
Job responsibilities:
Monitor inventory valuation report or stock ledger, maintain inventory accuracy including item quantity and cost on daily or weekly basis.
Understand underwater inventory issue due to real-time sales syncing and how to fix the issue.
Understand how to do inventory reconciliation for a dynamic inventory report like Amazon.
Make sure our Logistics Dept deliver inventory audit report periodically and do inventory adjustment based on the report.
Recruit and train AP clerk to organize accounts payable and how to book bills, bill payments, vendor credits and so on.
Reconcile bank statements on weekly basis to make sure there is not a lot of transactions waiting to be clear by the end of the month.
Reconcile sales, Amazon payables based on Amazon's sales and settlement report.
Use monthly closing checklist to close monthly financials and lock the book.
Provide high-quality financial reports, including but not limit to P&L, balance sheets, inventory summary report, AP/AR aging report, cash flow report and budget report to executive members, company board members and the bank.
Provide bi-weekly inventory report, AP/AR report to the bank and make sure the company expenses compliance with Bank's LoC terms.
Manage monthly accounting close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
