Qualification:
Bachelors or associate degree in IT related courses
With atleast 1-2 yrs working experience in related fields with very strong knowledge in PA, Electronic Components and network troubleshooting; fresh graduates with background, potential, and willingness to be trained can also be considered.
Strong background in setting up and troubleshooting of PCs
Knowledgeable in electronic components
willing to do fieldwork
willing to work 6 days in a week, shifting schedule
Will handle Manila and QC Area
Willing to take Manila minimum rate
Duties and Responsibilities:
24/7/365 support assistance to all eGames sites and provide first level support and troubleshooting for all requests and complaints, incidents, maintenance and upgrades.
Maintain a record of requests and complaints and provide periodic statistical reports to management.
Incident and problem management by analyzing incidents, support activities and documented resolutions then identify problem areas to enhance quality of service and prevent future issues.
