Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or Tech-Vocational in a relevant field (such as Electronics, project design, or a related field)
Experience in a technical support role, preferably in an after-sales capacity Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Preferably with own motorcycle
Job Description:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products
Perform repairs and replacements of defective parts
Provide guidance and assistance to customers in resolving technical issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
Provide feedback to the management team on product performance and customer feedback
Participate in the development of technical support materials such as user manuals, training materials, and troubleshooting guides
