FIELD SERVICE STAFF
 
JOB SUMMARY:
 
The Field Service Staff is responsible for all aspects of field service including some job sales, scope, canvass, procurement, and follow-up services & errands to on-site works at Cagayan de Oro City for all Maramag subsidiary companies.
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
College level or Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
With experience in canvassing and procurement in retail, hardware, biddings and/or field service is an advantage, 
Serve as logistics service staff for errands (picking up and delivering documents, items etc) assigned to the field.
Knows the ins and outs of Cagayan de Oro City and/or beyond city limits itinerary. 
Have a driver’s license and knows how to drive a motorcycle.
Trustworthy, proven ability to work with less supervision, good negotiation and presentation skills;
Interest in field work and willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for doing errands in behalf of Maramag subsidiary companies which is not limited to (canvassing, purchasing of goods, receiving & transit of documents from head office to internal & external customers and clients)
Conducts physical canvassing and purchasing of items (food and non-food) based on the requesting parties bid correctly.
Receiving of documents and delivering it to its proper custodian.
Maintains documentation properly with utmost confidentiality.
Does other tasks assigned by supervisor with an extra mile.
