Graduate of BS in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Professional license is a plus but not required
Minimum work experience of 1- 2 years but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Can work beyond regular time and frequent travel is required for this position
Willing to be trained
Good communication Skills and good computer and electronics troubleshooting skills
3 full time position available ( 1 Manila Area and 1 South Luzon, 1 North Luzon)
JOB OBJECTIVE: To deliver quality service to customers in terms of repair, preventive maintenance and other technical services and to ensure that all instruments are in proper working condition.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs service activities within guidelines and in compliance with internal & customer procedures and regulations. This means mainly: Install​ations​, repairs, ​Preventive ​maintenance and instruction of use of instruments to ensure safe and effective customer operations.
Provides responsive telephone and on-site support and generally work to ensure that customer is successful in the use of ​Instruments handled​
Assures the professional relationship with existing customers to achieve customer loyalty to our company.
​Responds to emergency service calls during weekend and holidays​
Assures own related asset management including spare parts stock, telephone, tools, software and computers, calibrations, literature etc.
Coordinates own work schedule with relevant partners (service ​supervisor​, team leader, colleagues). Produces timely and accurate reports of the own activities as appropriate: i.e. engineer reports, planned maintenance reports, installation reports, expense reports etc. (via e-mail or written)
