Field Service Engineer (philippines)Electro Scientific Industries(s) Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:
The successful Field Service Engineer will be working in Philippines and responsible for any technical issues for ESI products proactively. Field Service Engineer will work directly with the customers and co-work with the local service resources & ESI Technical Support to resolve issues.
Primary Duties:
1. Conduct on site system installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
2. Assist customers to use ESI equipment smoothly
3. Preliminary contact for all of customers' system problems
4. Provide professional service to achieve the best customer satisfaction & loyalty
5. Effectively implement daily service task by following the defined process and follow up till it is closed
6. Reporting to Regional Customer Service Manager
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of Flex PCB or Laser hardware service experiences
2. At least university in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering
3. Has the flexibility to travel domestically
4. Good communication skill, customer oriented, able to prioritize and follow through tasks, work under pressure, able to work flexible hours and overtime if required
5. Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Ability to communicate and write technical reports in English
7. Candidates from Cabuyao, Laguna areas preferred
