Job description
To attend to service calls of Rentals/OP Account within 2 hours.-To monitor the performance of the machines assigned to him & recommend necessary actions & solve machines problem within the 24 hour problem.
To visits all accounts assigned to him on a monthly basis in order to check machine performance & customer satisfaction level.
To asses & recommend replacements/Upgrading of machine based on the performance and those that reaches machine life, either based on the number of years in field or the number of copies made.
To do other task assigned by management.
Qualifications
Preferably Electrical Engineer, Electronics & Communication Engineer, Computer Engineer or IT Courses
Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
