The team you'll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
What you will learn and contribute to
Responsible in handling the facilities scope of the project collaborating with other domains to be able to deliver the full cope of the program
Monitoring and coordinating with site sub-contractors
Check and monitor the vendor regarding the quality of materials and standard implementation procedures
Monitoring the implementation team regarding on the execution of the project
Attend SKOM, site inspection, acceptance and check the actual work done based on the telecommunications standards
Advise management on design and construction, propose modifications to existing designs and solutions, and recommend structural repairs when necessary
Responsible for determining which solutions will be implemented and for setting the priorities and estimating costs and deadlines
Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department
Call for quotes on projects that were set up for the day, drafting contracts, and overseeing maintenance and custodial operations
Preparation of subcon BOQs as aligned with project scope and design
May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards.
Your skills and experience
You have:
Excellent knowledge of engineering, design, technology, construction, and mathematics
Academic degrees in civil engineering, construction engineering, structural engineering, or geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering or relevant years of experience
Excellent knowledge of procurement rules and contract management
Understand the importance of cultivating a high level of maintenance at all times
With interpersonal skills which is essential in collaboration with other domains
Good at critical thinking, operations analysis, decision making and complex problem solving
Show good judgement on a daily basis, because the nature of the work demands it at all times
It would be nice if you also had:
The willingness to travel and work longer hours
