Position Overview:
The Global Employer Brand and Executive Talent Acquisition Leader is missioned to drive Coca-Cola Bottling Investment Group's total employer brand and talent acquisition strategy that will make Coca-Cola the ultimate employer of choice and recruit top talent. The position is expected to deliver a strategic roadmap that will transform Coca-Cola BIG's overall reputation as the world's most attractive employer by developing and showcasing our a new Employer Value Proposition (EVP), increasing online and offline presence, rallying employee ambassadors, and receiving world-class awards and recognitions as we bring in game changing talents that disrupt best practices and offer capability that take our organization to a whole new level.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Invent an employer identity that positions Coca-Cola Bottling Investments Group (BIG) as an employer of choice and develop a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through a data-driven methodology and study on current employee experience, external talent insights and industry trends.
Identify and leverage the core EVP attributes that make Coca-Cola attractive to candidates and highlight the key differentiators that set it apart from competitors.
Provide thought leadership and governance in the transformation of the employer brand and ensure partnership with the BIG markets in the change management.
Develop a robust and sustainable talent attraction strategy that addresses the need to 'buy' capability gaps, attract the world's best talents and provide outstanding candidate experience that result to the increased talent recruitment efficiency of all the BIG markets.
Build a digital roadmap that enables Coca-Cola to increase its presence and share of voice across all online platforms.
Lead an EVP Council comprising of Talent leaders across BIG markets to align governance model and employer branding decisions across markets.
Create and run a comprehensive program that rallies and enables employees as Coca-Cola's primary ambassadors who showcase their employee experience to help attract top talents.
Develop an attraction strategy for partner universities and professional networks that engages top students and experienced professionals, creating a robust talent pipeline for Coca-Cola.
Build a strong university Ambassador council across the BIG markets who champion the Coca Cola talent acquisition agenda and build brand awareness
Build a strong relationship with partner organizations and award-giving bodies and develop a strategy to win world-class recognition and awards that showcase Coca-Cola's leadership as a Great Business, Great Citizen and Great Employer.
Build a world class in-house executive search firm that will enable BIG to network, build relationships and recruit top talent, focused on the senior and executive leadership talent pool.
Education Requirements:
University/Bachelor's Degree
Related Work Experience:
At least 8-10 Years of Experience in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, and Campus Management
Functional Skills:
