The Good Cup Coffee Company is looking for Fulfillment Lead
Responsibilities
Lead picking, packing, and dispatch handoff
Maintain order accuracy and quality checks
Coach the team and enforce SOPs
Prioritize workload and resolve daily issues quickly
Preferred experience: high-volume order fulfillment (e-commerce or distribution), pick-pack workflows, and shift/team leadership.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On-call on Saturdays.
