The Team Lead - Volume Recruitment is responsible for managing and driving high-volume hiring initiatives to meet aggressive workforce demands. This role oversees a team of recruiters, ensures hiring targets are met on time, and maintains quality standards throughout the recruitment process. The Team Lead collaborates closely with stakeholders to support ramp-ups, open houses, and mass hiring activities.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and monitor a team of volume recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets
Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles (e.g., Customer Service, Technical Support, Back Office)
Allocate requisitions and monitor recruiter productivity and pipeline movement
Ensure timely endorsement of qualified candidates to interviews, assessments, and onboarding
Conduct daily huddles, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins with the team
Track and report recruitment metrics such as endorsements, interviews, hires, and attrition
Support and manage mass hiring activities, job fairs, virtual open houses, and referral campaigns
Maintain compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and hiring policies
Partner with stakeholders, operations, and onboarding teams to align hiring needs and timelines
Address escalations related to candidates, recruiters, or hiring process issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2-4 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 solid year in a leadership or supervisory role
Proven experience in high-volume or mass hiring environments (BPO preferred)
Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
