Job Description
The Employer Brand and People Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing an integrated communication plan for all people experience programs through various channels and in ensuring engagement across the organization. S/He will also be responsible for ensuring timely execution of the plan and assist in the overall management of Food Group's Employer Brand Strategy
Communication and Content Management
Create strategic integrated communication plans for all People related programs and initiatives through different channels (email, employee portal, print)
Partner with the various HR units in developing and ensuring that the communication strategies, tailored specifically to their business needs, are carried out accordingly
Manage communications governance and signoff processes and provide reports and recommendations on the performance of HR communications initiatives and programs
Lead the content management of various HR communication platforms (Email, Digital, and Print)
Provide support to digital projects through various Change Management initiatives/programs
Creatives
Leads the conceptualization and creation of HR Communication materials such as but not limited to: artwork creation, photo and video editing, announcement layouts, and animation
Employer Brand
Implement the identified employer brand strategies and programs which include social media campaigns, talent community management, and brand ambassador program
Measure the performance and effectiveness of programs and identify relevant people metrics that are used for decision-making
Maintain and manage the employer brand channels, talent community, and brand ambassador program
Employee Engagement
Assist in the conceptualization, design, and effective implementation of the organization's Culture and Engagement strategy
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Digital Management, Marketing, Communications, and other related courses
Experience:
At least 2 years experience in creative design and communications
