WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
This position is responsible for setting the DP Compliance checklist and audit procedures that are adherent to the DP agreement. It includes close coordination with NDM Manager to properly plan and schedule compliance checks.
Ensure timely preparation and completeness of DP agreement renewal and amendment . Create and maintain reports on contractual and non-contractual obligation/claims of JTI to DP.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
DP AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE
Assist NDM in preparing a yearly DP compliance schedule and prioritization.
Maintain and develop a compliance checklist that is aligned with the existing DP agreement.
Execute audit program & perform field audit validation.
Review of DP internal process, controls, program execution, and reporting tools. Ensure the adherence to JTI policies and DP agreement
Review and validation of supporting documentation of operational cost provision in DP P&L
Ensure timely preparation and proper filling of DP compliance documentation covering a summary of findings, recommendation and action plans, and timeline.
Responsible for monitoring and follow-up of agreed action plans based on the timeline.
Prepare final DP compliance report and share details to stakeholders.
DP CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of DP contract renewal and amendment.
Collaborate closely with the legal department on changes and updates of the DP agreement.
Prepare calculation of contract value.
Monitor and coordinate approvals in DocuSign to identified approvers
Ensure completeness and proper filling of documentation of DP contracts & amendments.
Facilitate issuance of quitclaims, memo, and letter of communication to DP
REPORTS AND ADMINISTRATION:
Create reports to monitor status and timely submission of DP claims
Collaborate with marketing department on list of programs running under DP.
Create and maintain report on contracted obligation such as Insurances, local tax, SBLC and CWO availment
Prepare documentation and facilitate closure of project and online programs initiated under DP
Monitoring and coordination on issuance of tool of trade of DP to relevant function
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
University Degree in Business Management and/or Accountancy. Preferably CPA
4-6 years relevant experience in Sales, Distributor Management, Field Trade Marketing; 2 Years experience in Auditing Field Sales Operations. FMCG is preferred
Fluent in oral and written English.
PC knowledge: MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel) very well and preferably Project Management. SAP
Advance Excel, Visual Basic, and Database management;
Strong analytical skills;
Project management;
Presentation Skills, Adaptability, Agile with a positive perception of changes;
Ability to work independently;
Ability and willingness to learn and apply new knowledge and skills;
