In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of service tickets within our organization, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. The successful candidate will have a strong multitasking ability, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

We are a fast-growing company and are looking for a project coordinator to join our Professional Services team and keep our clients happy.
Job Responsibilities
Dispatch tickets in Connectwise, our PSA software (PSA = Professional Services Automation)
Assign and re-arrange tickets for the Support Team
Assign new incoming tickets to Team Members
Monitor Team Tickets to ensure they are completed on time and under budget.
Client Communication and Internal Communication Ticket Resource
Update clients on tickets status
Contact 3rd party vendors if needed
Participate in the Service Team Process Improvement
Qualifications:
Chat Support Experience
IT environment experience
Fast and reliable internet connection
Very Good English communication skills (oral and written)
Takes ownership and is committed to high-quality results.
Good sense of humor and ability to have fun
Able to keep composure under pressure
Team player: Humble, Hungry & Smart
Autonomous and self-initiated
Curious to learn
Must be willing to work night shifts
Ability to multitask
Attention to detail
