Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital Performance Specialist is responsible for managing digital media buying and advertising - related projects for the organization. Organizes digital resources for media campaigns and presents their progress and initiatives.
Generate digital media programs or initiatives that increase brand visibility and loyalty. Be undertaking in-depth analysis of digital marketing activities in order to identify trends, insights and opportunities. Track, report, analyze and optimize all digital marketing campaigns and their spend (PPC, Display, SEM, Affiliates, Social Media, Email, Video, etc) to ensure effective ROAS and reach sales objectives. Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends.

Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
Graduate of any four (4) year course with major coursework in a field related to the job.
Certified Digital Marketer
WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience in media buying and digital ads systems (Ads media platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hootsuite, SocialBakers or Hubspot)
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines and must have working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in working on large scale projects with demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point
Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry.
CRITICAL SKILLS
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Solid knowledge on platforms not limited to Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Business Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, YouTube, Tiktok for Business.
Solid understanding of performance marketing and online customer acquisition.
Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal and working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Tight attention to detail
Strong will to enforce compliance to rules and regulations
Process-oriented and strong organizational skills
Flexible, self-motivated and has initiative (can work with minimal supervision)
