We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about making campaigns perform at their best. You'll play a key role in turning data into smart decisions, spotting opportunities for improvement, and making sure every campaign we run delivers real value.

What You'll Do:
Own the performance, analysis, and recommendations across campaigns.
Turn data into prioritized actions that improve results.
Ensure all campaigns are quality-checked, tracked, and aligned to performance goals.
Monitor campaigns daily, driving data-backed improvements in targeting, placements, budgets, and creatives.
Provide clear weekly and monthly insights to guide client decisions and team actions.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience setting up and optimizing paid campaigns (Facebook & LinkedIn preferred).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actions.
High attention to detail with strong commitment to QA and accuracy.
Proactive problem-solver who can spot issues and suggest solutions quickly.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with designers, copywriters, and other DMS team members.
Organized and process-oriented with the ability to maintain tidy docs, SOPs, and campaign notes.
We're open to fresh graduates who can demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving,and a strategic approach to marketing, even without extensive experience.
