The Opportunity: [Day Shift ] PT/Nurse QA Specialist 
 
As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing home health visit notes to ensure compliance with U.S. Medicare standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining documentation accuracy, ensuring consistency with the patient's Plan of Care, and upholding quality guidelines and regulatory compliance.
 
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy with an active PRC license
At least 1 year of clinical experience (new board passers are welcome)
Healthcare BPO experience is a plus but not required 
Willing to work onsite during the day shift (7AM - 4PM)
