DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE (CEBU PLANT)
 
JOB FUNCTION:
 
Responsible in the execution of the digital marketing campaigns of the company. He/ she must take the lead in the digital marketing campaigns from its conception, planning, implementation, setting KPI and preparing for the measurement of success. He/ she must work with the Luzon digital marketing team to achieve the company's obejctives: lead generation, brand engagement, and sales conversions. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
With the instruction of the Marketing Head, he/ she must take the lead and assist the Marketing team and other departments in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy;
Execute digital marketing activities across all digital platforms;
Manage and maintain the company's digital assets and recommend necessary strategies to fully utilize the same;
Take the lead in the creation of relevant and engaging digital campaigns for posting and boosting;
Monitor digital campaign performance and recommend necessary strategies for further enhancement to reach the desired KPIs;
Analyze digital marketing analytic reports , share insights and recommend strategies with the team;
Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences and end-to-end consumer digital journey to drive engagements and sales conversion;
Stay abreast of emerging digital platforms, digital marketing trends and share insights with the team;
Perform necessary tasks as instructed by the immediate superiors and colleagues essential for the achievement of the company's goals.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communication or related field
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the field of Digital Marketing
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Flexible and Multi-tasker
Results driven and highly creative
Can communicate effectively in different levels
Highly organized and trustworthy
Market Research Techniques
MS Office Proficient
