The Digital Marketing Specialist's role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of MFT Group and its subsidiaries. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must, as well as familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures. Marketing specialists rely on judgment in planning and experience to accomplish identified goals.
Reporting directly under the Head of Marketing Communications, the Digital Marketing Specialist will also be closely working with different members of the marketing team, department head and business unit heads.
Duties and Responsibilities
Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables according to business goals.
Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as website, blogs, and online advertising.
Establish MFT Group and its subsidiaries' web presence, and improving overall digital presence for all companies.
Lead ongoing management of digital touch points, social networking landing pages, and mobile.
Manage digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
Own and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
Develop and effectively manage SEO and SEM programs.
Develop and monitor ROI and KPIs
Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies
Develop and coordinate multimedia packages.
Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends
Should have deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production and proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns for mainstream products and services.
Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including websites, rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.
Should have experience in managing successful social media campaigns, and solid understanding of social media marketing.
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data, and present reports and recommendations.
Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business and meet deadlines. Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Interest or familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Knowledge in HTML, HTML 5, CSS, Wordpress, Wix, and similar platforms
