Plan and manage the content calendar aligned with business objectives, campaigns, and customer journey stages.
Optimise social media profiles, ensuring messaging and branding are consistent across channels.
Content Strategy & Creation
Lead the development of compelling, conversion-focused content (social posts, blogs, infographics, videos, and ads) tailored to Telco audiences.
Ensure content communicates complex Telco offerings in a clear, engaging, and customer-first manner.
Collaborate with design, dev, and marketing teams to produce high-quality creative assets.
Performance Marketing Support
Partner with the PPC team to align content and creatives with paid campaigns.
Provide input for ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversions.
Apply basic PPC knowledge to support campaign execution and reporting when needed.
Analytics & Growth Optimisation
Monitor, analyse, and report on social and content performance metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion rates).
Identify opportunities for growth through A/B testing, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Translate insights into actionable strategies to continuously improve ROI.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience in social media management and content strategy, ideally in the Telco, SaaS, or Tech industries.
Strong track record of driving measurable results (brand awareness, engagement, and conversions).
Expertise in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and audience engagement skills.
Ability to translate Telco services and products into customer-friendly content.
Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation.
Plus: Familiarity with PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Strong collaboration and project management skills with experience working cross-functionally.
