Responsibilities
Provide guidance to a multi-disciplinary team to achieve success; both internal and external stakeholders
Build trust, own the ongoing relationship and develop best in class partnership and digital execution.
Staying in contact with clients for marketing consultations and progress updates
Answering client calls and emails promptly
Manage expectations of internal and external parties.
Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth project delivery
Coordinate with our SEO, PPC, Social Media, Developers, Content and Design teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements
Making sure that all projects are at par with the client goals
Confident and competent when it comes to presenting results and opportunity for additional over and above campaigns.
Coordinate with our Los Angeles office by phone & email.

Requirements
Experience in project management or handling multiple clients at a given time.
Background in art and design is preferable but not a requirement.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with at least a neutral North American accent, including the ability to explain and present technical information.
Background in customer support with at least 1 year experience servicing customers in the U.S. / North America.
Background in handling internet-related products such as web hosting and web design.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
SEO Certified - At least 90% in AIM Certification Exam - Basic Module
Complete all badges in Google's Digital Garage course
Completed Digital Analytics Fundamentals course & exam
Completed Google Analytics Platform Principles course & exam
Highly adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
Goal-driven and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude and willing to work with a team.
Salesforce knowledge is a strong plus.
WordPress knowledge is a strong plus.

Your role is to provide a high level of service and account management around the digital marketing needs of our US based clients of real estate and medical businesses. Our clients are real people trying to make a living, and it's our job to help them grow their business. We are looking for someone who will help our clients succeed through digital marketing. You will also learn a LOT through a collaborative crew that specializes in all things SEO, SEM, social media, and web design.
You should be passionately engaged with the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape, and have a finger on the changes that can help drive client success. This role is an opportunity for the right candidate to take on an exciting position in a fantastic workplace.
Your tasks include:
Digital Marketing
Use your talent for translating client market needs and business problems into actionable strategies using the latest in digital techniques, including:
SEO and Content Marketing
Social Media
Paid media
SEM, PPC
Source, vet, onboard and manage the savviest digital marketing partners in the industry - having done this before you'll come to the table with recommendations
Website Development
Oversees website developers for end to end website creation from onboarding to design and implementation (experience with Adobe XD is highly regarded)
Come up with not just aesthetically pleasing designs, but also designs that are functional and user friendly
Manages website projects in production
Ensure that the site is built with SEO, UI/UX and Core Web Vitals in mind.
Works to continually make the site build process more efficient and effective.

Promotes agile strategies
