Outsourced is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company located in Manila, Philippines that provides dedicated full time remote staff and offshore staffing services to foreign companies of all sizes.
We have 300 staff and are aiming to grow to 500 staff within the next 2 years. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for winning new international business clients who will hire additional staff via our dedicated offshore staffing services.

Job Description
The client is looking for experienced digital marketing professionals with specific experience in paid traffic acquisition. You will be responsible for profitable traffic acquisition to our owned digital properties, using our custom reporting dashboard as your guide.
We are looking for experience and expertise buying from any number of platforms that can be leveraged to help us attain our business goals. Ideal candidates will have experience in both concepting and building the campaigns. We have an in-house dev team that ensures all tracking and conversion data is working properly.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
2+ years experience buying traffic from any of the following: Facebook, Twitter, Google, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Taboola, Outbrain, RevContent
Deep understanding of at least one of the above platforms.
Creative and gifted in content positioning
Experience running campaigns from start to finish, everything from concept to building creatives to bidding and optimizations.
Analytical thinker that can take action based on available data.
Driven to succeed, and not intimidated by mis-steps and slow times.
Competitive. Day to Day Activities
Use our internal system to analyze existing campaigns for profitability. Make any optimizations as needed.
Research and launch new campaigns.
Check-in call with manager, always looking for ways to improve.
Stay on top of current trends on your specific platform.
