The Role
As a Digital - Customer Experience Analyst, you will be the voice of the customer to make sure processes are customer-centric. This role will create understanding and empathy around customer and business needs. You will be a part of the team that will be enhancing features, functionalities, and processes for both digital and non-digital experience.
How you'll contribute
Present and create designs simple deliverables such as components or simple design backed by user insights gathered from user-testing and user research.
Create and utilize customer-centric tools such as customer journey maps to identify pain points and gaps between the customer and internal processes.
Modify design standards based on organizational evolving needs.
Make sure that design and user flow are aligned.
What we're looking for
Must have 2 to 3 years related experience
With experience conducting research
Must have experience in design application and in using graphical platform specifically for Adobe Experience Design - Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
Knowledge of UI design principle is a plus
Must have good communication, presentation, and influencing skills
