This is the dream role for a driven and experienced digital marketing guru. The Digital Acuisition Lead is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PPC, SEM and SEO strategies, as well as management of all digital lead acquisition channels to drive conversions, website traffic/ engagement and successfully deliver on the TOA Global acquisition targets. And will also develop and implement the digital acquisition strategy and campaign activity, through paid search, Social Media, display, SEO and website optimisation to drive lead conversions to achieve our growth targets. What you will do Manage day-to-day paid advertising and search marketing initiatives across multiple partners (Facebook, Google AdWords, Bing, YouTube, etc.) including planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of campaigns. Set up new advertising accounts and campaigns integrating Conversion Tracking, Call Tracking and Analytics. Grow and optimize our Google Ads strategies through ongoing A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, building strategies, and extensions, etc. Become a certified "product expert" in all Facebook Advertising and Google Ads products and paid media channels used by our organisation. Stay current with new advances in digital advertising, search engine marketing, competitive landscape, keyword research, and recommend options for SEM growth Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regular sharing knowledge with the management team.
