Want to work for a fast growing and market leading start up? We are currently looking for Sales Admin Specialists to assist our Sales Team in building our network and improve our ability to cater to our buyers needs.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and Team Lead, this role is dedicated to work on comparing price lists between a venue's current direct suppliers vs FoodByUs Suppliers. You'll also help generate leads for the sales team to call and book more meetings to pitch our business. Ultimately, you help the business close more deals and increase our revenue. If you have good attention to detail, really love food or would like to learn about the wholesale food industry, then we would love to talk to you.
ROLE SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The core role scope and responsibilities of the Sales Admin Specialist will be:
Work with the Sales Team based in Australia on new qualitative and quantitative leads
Use and manage Google sheet as tools and database for lead scrape and price comparison
Compare prices of competition suppliers vs FoodByUs suppliers to help Sales reps work on getting a better pricing for our buyers
Manage, scrape and clean thousands of data points from a Google sheet
Validate information gathered as accurate (for example by cross referencing across multiple sources, e.g Google, Zomato)
Requirements
You love people: you are friendly, courteous and passionate about working with others
You are a clear and open communicator: this role requires you to own up a task and we want to hear from you what works and what doesn't
2-5 years' experience in data management, lead generation and working with thousands of data rows in a spreadsheet
Customer Service and/or Support experience in a BPO company required
Some knowledge about e-commerce in the food industry is a plus
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills;
Strong analytical skills in appraising new markets and opportunities;
Ability to work hard to meet deadlines and get the job done no matter what;
Ability to output leads at a very consistent pace so that the rest of the team can build a reliable sales plan according to the daily number of leads generated
Persistent and loves data
Experience working independently
Strong attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Knowledge in Hubspot preferred
