Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative/ Virtual Assistant, you will be working with our Hospitality Account (Airbnb) to deliver a happier customer experience through phone, chat, and email. You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer booking concerns, arrival date, answer requests, and ensure the requests are provided upon check-in.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
High School/ College Graduate
At least 1 year of working experience with Airbnb as a Customer Support
Amenable to work with Australian Working hours (morning shift)
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Positive, self-motivated, and energetic
