A Customer Support Production Associate is a person who has the overall responsibility for setting up and maintaining in house technical systems and other 3rd party platforms. The day to day duties will include but are not limited to setting up new campaigns in house system (i.e. Admin) based on campaign set up document and update these campaigns accordingly to product changes, monitor campaign fulfillment and monitor system lead qualification and successful data posting.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign and Company creation and maintenance using the company propriety management platform ("Admin")
Defining and entering data values to support campaign promotion.
Ensure accurate and successful lead qualification and delivery thru file extract and direct post into client CRM.
Understanding client content to determine best product category.
Creation of abstract from client content
Uploading Client campaign assets
Manage incoming requests from companies requesting to be added to our online buyers guide listings.
Troubleshoot campaign set up and/or performance problems in conjunction with Tech Support Team by reporting bugs et al
Other production-oriented responsibilities as the role expands/develops
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or any appropriate field of study
At least 2-3 years client services experience in IT, media, advertising, or lead generation business.
Must have experience on SQL and HTML
Must have basic knowledge on HTTP
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office especially in Excel and Word
High Attention to details
