The Job
In this role, you will be providing professional and friendly services through email and live-chat channels. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the products & services the company offers. You will be expected to be able to stay calm under pressure and motivated to help and establish a high level of customer satisfaction. In addition, you will be involved in translating the product into Korean with the tools provided.
The Profile
You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Korean & English to assist Korean-speaking customers.
You have the ability to assess each customer's issues and maintain composure in difficult situations
You have good analytical and problem-solving skills
You are able to maintain accurate records keeping
You are a good team player with the ability to multitask under minimal supervision
Prior knowledge of Domains, SEO, and Analytics will be advantageous
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
