A Customer Support Associate at Refersion is responsible for providing customer support to Merchants utilizing Refersion's platform to manage their affiliate program. In this role, your main goal is to provide support and help understand the technical requirements and challenges of our customer as well as manage customer communication as you work through issues. You will partner with T2 Support to provide a seamless customer experience.

Who are you?
As a Customer Support Associate at Refersion, you must be highly organized, a strong communicator, detail-oriented, a fast learner, and a tenacious support provider. Your performance will be based on the results and level of service that you deliver to our customers.
Salary and Benefits:
●$3/hr with possibility of annual increase based on performance
●13th month pay
●HMO for contractor plus immediate family (spouse and children) after 3 months of employment

Requirements (Required):
●Must be based in the Philippines
●MUST HAVE good command of the English Language both oral and written. (Important)
●MUST HAVE at least 6 months of experience providing customer support (email & chat).
●Must be willing to do shift changes (i.e. Graveyard shift this month then morning shift next month, PH time). Also, weekend off PH time is not a guarantee. (Important)
●Must be willing to be trained and undergo an evaluation period
●Must be willing to work during PH/US holidays
●We are looking for someone who can solely work for us (full time) and will not be employed anywhere else (existing or future), especially with businesses having resemblance to Amazon or services for Amazon/Amazon sellers
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required):
●Knowledge of e-commerce platforms
●Understanding of PPC advertising
●Ability to utilize Google Drive (Sheets, Docs) and Excel
●Experience using a ticketing system (examples; ZenDesk, Intercom, Jira)
Equipment Specifications:
●Minimum internet speed of 5Mbps, with a backup Internet connection and power source
●Laptop/PC RAM of not less than 8GB. This is for the purpose of opening multiple windows and tabs of Google Chrome browser. (Important)
●Laptop/PC Processor of at least Intel Core i5 or Higher or AMD A8 7600 or above
