The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and hands-on experience with Gorgias and Shopify. In addition to handling customer inquiries, you will also be responsible for editing and adding products to our online store.Key Responsibilities
Provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers via Gorgias (email, chat, or social channels).
Handle customer inquiries, order updates, returns, and refunds efficiently.
Troubleshoot product and order-related issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
Ensure all product updates are accurate and aligned with company branding.
Monitor and report recurring issues or customer feedback to improve processes.
Collaborate with the team to optimize the overall customer experience.
Preferred Skills (a plus, but not required):
Experience with e-commerce operations beyond customer support.
Familiarity with online retail workflows such as fulfillment, returns, and promotions

Strong working knowledge of Gorgias (required).
