Job Description • Using settlement and influencing tools to recover from arguments and secure the customers' buy-in
Corresponding suitable related information to internal and external customers and spreading understanding with colleagues
Adhering to agreed upon proceedings, achieving expected work principles, targets and objectivesF
Deliver high quality support and walk through for US Members.
Job Qualifications What we need:
✅ Can start ASAP.
✅ Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
✅ Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
✅ Experience in any of these is a plus (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing) but NOT required
✅ Amenable to working on-site OR hybrid
✅ With or WITHOUT BPO or call center experience are welcome
