CUSTOMER SUCCESS AGENT As Customer Success Agent, your goal is to support customers (and their candidates) via chats and tickets, convert them to paid plans, help with the onboarding, drive ongoing adoption, and make sure customers get the full value out of TestGorilla. You also play a big role in running our email marketing campaigns.
