We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) working in our KONE Cebu office. The role will report directly to the Customer Solutions team leader located in our Makati Head Office. You will work within a customer orientated and highly motivated team which focuses on providing solutions to a diverse client base for the New Elevator Business (NEB).
What will you be doing?
Responsible for finding the optimal technical solution to match customer's needs for the New Elevator Business.
Coordinate specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line
Ensure that the proposed solution fulfils code, regulatory and safety requirements
Advise customers directly with responses to technical questions
Responsible for correct initial project costing
Act as the primary contact between frontline and supply line
Manage drawings and related documentation
Act as strong sales technical support by adding value to the NEB Sales team
Are you the one?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and create a memorable experience with technical expertise
Skills to handle communication between sales and supply line
IT literacy, competent in MS Office suite, AutoCAD, Building Information Modelling (BIM), and SAP
Ability to comprehend and advise on codes and standards in the building industry
Experience in HVAC or Building automation industry
