Food Dudes Delivery has an exciting job opening in our Cebu office. For this position, you will manage a small customer service team as well as place orders and answer general questions for customers, assist in confirming orders with restaurants, and communicate with drivers.

Job Description
What you’ll do:
As our Customer Support/Dispatch Manager, you will have the opportunity to help grow & structure our CSR team. This means you will ensure our operational success by managing the team on a daily basis. Some of your main responsibilities are as follows:
Monitor KPIs and agent performance
Monitor team attendance
Set weekly schedules
Help to develop a strong training program and ensure all agents are properly trained
Communicating with restaurants, drivers, and customers
Customer service via telephone and chat support
Internal account management and technical support
Provide support for diners, restaurants, and drivers via chat support or telephone
Convert customers into Waitr advocates
Determine hiring needs and onboard new agents to the team
Ensure all agents and team are following company policies
