CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

As a small team doing very big things, we are in search of a highly-skilled customer service specialist to join our Cebu-based team.
The ideal candidate must have superior English communication skills and relevant customer support experience. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll:
Answer customer service emails and messages on Helpscout and Amazon
Manage customer orders on Amazon and Shopify and resolve post-sales issues
Provide help with technical issues (issue refunds, password resets, etc.)
Moderate Facebook page comments
Respond to Amazon reviews
Monitor Amazon listings
Setup newsletters and landing pages
Collaborate with our awesome marketing team--writers, graphic designers, and social media specialists
You’re an ideal fit if you:
Write exceptionally well in English
Have excellent reading comprehension skills
Are analytical, detail-oriented and highly-organized
Have the ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
Are highly trainable and have a positive work attitude
Have prior experience as an email customer service agent
Work well with a team. Definitely no jerks allowed!
