What is your mission
As an Online Advertising Specialist, you will be working with our Online Search Engine Account to deliver #happier customer experience. You will provide post-sales customer service and/or support through email/phone/chat to advertising customers and offer consultative support.
You are also required to perform these job functions:
You will be responsible for pre-qualifying and calling qualified leads. The main task is to successfully set up appointments with clients with the sales team.
You will need to continue following up with potential clients until the client agrees on a scheduled appointment.
This position is 95 to 100% on the phone, cold calling to businesses to schedule sales appointments. You may also be assigned to take inbound calls as needed.
Who are we looking for
Candidates must have completed at least 2 years in College or preferably possess Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
Flawless verbal communication skills in English language (American)
At most, 6 months experience preferred in a customer service and/or sales capacity
Responsible for research and review of potential clients
Maintains lead tracking database
Pre-qualifies clients, book and complete appointments and follow up appointments with the sales team
Meet hourly, daily, weekly, monthly goals - especially on dial and appointment targets
Must have excellent attendance
May take inbound calls as needed
Any additional duties that may be assigned based on business needs
