MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Focus on customer needs to provide necessary service in a timely manner while ensuring that handled accounts on export airfreight shipments will meet DSV KPI requirement from Milestone, Billing, Invoicing Speed, Invoice Transmittal, Autorating, Job Complete Status and Data Quality.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and handle coordination for export airfreight shipments
Arrange bookings for carrier/s
Open and manage jobs files until completion, cost acceptance from overseas agent/ vendors and timely billing to clients
Ensure mandatory data and shipment events are updated on Company's system in a timely manner
Estimate Gross Profit in the Job Costing
Ensure completeness of documents required by Clients
QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED)
Graduate of a 4-year course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Has a positive working attitude, team player, willing to learn and can handle pressure
Operational industry experience in similar capacity is an advantage but not required
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office applications
Knowledge/experience in use of Cargowise system is an advantage
Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements in terms of information flow, transportation, warehousing and logistics Excellent knowledge of airfreight forwarding operations
Operational know-how (Customer Service, Document Processing, Customs Clearance import / export)
