CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

Job Qualifications:
College Graduate preferred
Entry level job with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Computer proficient and excellent typing skills
Must be a Team-player
Willing to work the Night Shift
Available for immediate employment
Proven customer support experience or equivalent
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people personalities
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer focused personality & desire to help people
Job Responsibilities:
Manages incoming and outgoing calls, chats and emails
Answer customer service inquiries
Gather accurate information from customers and input to a ticketing system
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Follow-up and update customer status and information
Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team members
Work in collaboration with team members to provide excellent service
