Politely answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Generate customer interest in the company's products or services
Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of customers
Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience
Manage and update customer databases with notes for each customer
Requirements
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.- Open to fresh graduates and college undergraduates with related working experience- BPO experience is an advantage
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Can type at least 35 wpm
Must have good English communication skills
Experience working with customer support.
Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
Willing to work in Davao City.
