RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, through a ticket-based support system and chat support
Investigate written inquiries/issues and respond/resolve accordingly
In-game and Website Monitoring
Monitoring and managing reviews written by end users
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years old and above
At least high school graduate
With or without BPO experience
Good customer service and multi-tasking skills
Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
