Customer Service Representatives are responsible for managing various customer issues depending on account assignment; transactions can be related to billing and collections support, client inquiries, product support or inbound sales. Responsibilities include:
Interacts with customer and ensures adherence to quality and customer service policies and procedures
Follows prescribed criteria to analyze and evaluate online survey questions and its intended results
Provides constructive feedback to customers, product owners, survey owners and the like
Maintains a repository of best practices and customer preferences to drive a positive customer experience
Ensures absolute consistency of measurement across the business and strive for objectivity and efficiency
Works against established Service Level Agreements and metrics and evaluated by the degree of their achievement
Gains and ensures excellent knowledge of product, system and processes
Proactively work with process mentors from both internal and external departments to improve overall performance
What are we looking for?
Open to College graduates and undergraduates
Must have at least 6 months to one (1) year experience related to Sales in a BPO Industry
Willing to work on shifting schedules
