At least 6 months - 1 year experience in the BPO industry in a voice account
Must have experience with inbound/outbound calls in a BPO setup
Must have at least upselling/upgrade/sales experience
Must have good communication skills and conversational
Must have personal laptop/desktop and noise reduction headset
Must have an internet connection of at least 20 mbps
Must be willing to work in a Nightshift and shifting schedule
Willing to start ASAP
