Line of Business (LOB): Online health shop that offers health brands
JOB DESCRIPTION:
■ Addresses customer inquiries based on their needs and available health brand products, through given mediums of communication (email, chat, calls).
■ Probes and identifies customer needs and their current health status
■ Acts as a health advisor through proper product recommendation based on the gathered information from the customers
■ Does upselling, encourages and recommends other products that are health beneficial
■ Searching the knowledge-base and FAQ for relevant information to
provide solutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
● 1-year BPO experience, voice or non-voice
● Familiarity with any CRM tool is a plus (Example: Zendesk, Salesforce, Oracle, Genesis, ect.)
● Proficient in verbal and written English
● Upbeat and contagiously positive attitude
● Willing to attend a two-week training in Glorietta 2, Makati with FREE door-to-door grab shuttle service
● This is a temporary work from home or remote job
SALARY:
25K + health card, 20 leave credits, 13th-month pay, government-mandated benefits
Above standard special holiday and OT rate, Birthday gift check, other perks
