Welink MCS is hiring for a Customer Service Representative- Healthcare in behalf of a client in the BPO Company
Location: Taguig City

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years in college, has experience handling inbound customer service calls in BPO/call center setting, Candidate who can handle eligibility and benefits call would be an added advantage.
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve customer concerns and queries
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong comprehension ability
• Willing to work in a fixed night schedule
• Must be willing to work in office
