Successful candidates will be responsible for handling service support calls, as well as promote and cross sell
value added services to various customers
Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age
A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
At least a high school graduate and with basic web navigation skills
With good communication skills
Willing to start immediately
Must have at least 6 months accounts recievable experience
Must have collections experience
Preferably with Credit Control / Administrative experience
Veda Check experience is an advantage.
JD Edwards (JDE) preferred.
