Work Avenue and Business Solutions Inc. is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Davao City. We have multiple openings for applicants with customer service experience who are passionate about providing exceptional support and creating positive customer experiences.
 
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, reservations, or account-related concerns.
Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and ensuring timely follow-up.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and performance metrics set by the company.
Follow company policies, procedures, and account-specific guidelines.
Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to achieve individual and team goals.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
Must have at least 7 months of Call Center Experience (CCE).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work onsite in Davao City.
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
