Description
Duties:
Manage customer information and ensure date is properly processed and recorded
Assist customers through phonecalls, email and chat system
Will handle other duties/projects as assigned
Provide excellent display of customer service.
Qualifications
Candidate should have completed at least 1 year in college
With or Without BPO Experience.
Must have good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have an average typing speed
Willing to start Asap
Willing to work in Baguio on shifting schedules
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
