Description
The Customer Service Associate serves as the primary contact for internal and external customers. The CS Associate is responsible for but are not limited to processing orders, order monitoring, delivery creation and tracking, handling routine inquiries and complaints. He/She will have understanding and knowledge on various ContiTech products and their applications. He/She will have a keen understanding of ContiTech's business structure and processes for the expedient resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years working experience in a Customer Service or Supply Chain Role with tenure of at least 1 year in 1 company
Order Management or Supply Chain Management experience preferred
At least 1 year experience in a BPO or shared services environment working with Asia, Australia, Europe, South Africa, Latin America or North America market.
The Business Area ContiTech develops, produces and markets products, systems and intelligent components made from rubber, plastic, metal and textiles. These products are used in mining, the agricultural industry, railway engineering mechanical and plant engineering, the automotive industry and other important sectors of the future.
